Clear guide prices for automation and smart systems.
No two business processes are exactly the same. That is why we do not use one fixed price for every automation project.
First, we establish what is needed, which systems are involved and how complex the workflow actually is. You then receive a clear scope and price before any development begins.
The price is not determined by the number of steps you can see.
A workflow may look simple from the outside while requiring considerably more work behind the scenes to make it reliable.
Understanding the process
We first map how the process currently works, where problems occur and which parts should, or should not, be automated.
Systems & data
We identify the tools, APIs, forms, databases and CRM systems involved and determine what information needs to move between them.
Logic & exceptions
Conditions, branching, duplicate records, missing data and error handling all affect the amount of logic the system requires.
Testing & production
The workflow is tested using realistic scenarios and configured correctly for live use, including webhooks, permissions and security.
Most projects fall into one of these categories.
All guide prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
From €650
For a clearly defined process with few exceptions and a limited number of connected systems.
- One primary trigger
- Limited number of workflow steps
- Simple data mapping
- Usually 2 systems
- Basic testing and live setup
From €1,250
For business processes involving multiple steps, systems or more advanced workflow logic.
- Multiple systems or integrations
- Custom fields and data mapping
- Conditions or routing
- CRM and pipeline automation
- Automated follow-up
From €2,500
For more extensive systems where multiple workflows, data sources or AI functionality work together.
- Multiple connected workflows
- Databases or multiple APIs
- More complex decision logic
- AI, scoring or classification
- More advanced error handling
For broader systems, internal tools or projects involving multiple business processes, we first prepare a separate scope and quotation.
These are the factors that make the biggest difference.
Number of systems
Connecting two systems is usually simpler than making five different platforms work together reliably.
Workflow logic
A straightforward workflow requires less work than a process with conditions, branching, approvals and multiple routes.
Data mapping
Passing basic contact details is simpler than correctly processing multiple custom fields, records or different data formats.
Exceptions
Duplicate records, missing data, failed API calls and retries require additional logic and testing.
AI & custom logic
AI processing, scoring, classification and decision logic can make a workflow more extensive.
Production & handover
Webhooks, security, permissions, documentation and handover are also part of delivering a professionally functioning system.
Two workflows can start in exactly the same place and still be very different projects.
Website form → CRM
A form is submitted and a contact is automatically created in the CRM.
Website form → complete enquiry process
The same enquiry checks for existing contacts, processes custom fields, creates an opportunity, routes the lead and starts automated follow-up.
The visible form is the same. The difference lies in what the system needs to perform reliably afterwards.
Payment is structured according to the size of the project.
The exact payment structure is always clearly set out in the proposal before the project begins.
You know what we are building and what it will cost before development begins.
After reviewing your enquiry, you receive a clear scope and price. If the scope needs to change during the project, we discuss it with you before any additional work is added.
Want to know where your project is likely to fit?
Tell us how your process currently works, where it gets stuck and which tools you use. We can then determine a sensible first step.
